Panamor offers perfume and fragrance products. All product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, Panamor does not guarantee that all information is completely error-free.
Product images are for reference only. Actual product color, packaging, or appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or manufacturer updates.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices on Panamor are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We accept prepaid payments (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable.
In case of any pricing error due to technical issues, Panamor reserves the right to cancel the order.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Once an order is placed on Panamor, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
Panamor reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, incorrect customer information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Panamor delivers products across India.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service.
Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond Panamor’s control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD orders may require confirmation through phone call or WhatsApp.
If a COD order is refused or returned without a valid reason, Panamor reserves the right to block future COD orders for that customer.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of perfume products, opened, used, or tampered items are not eligible for return or refund.
In case of damaged, leaked, or incorrect products, customers must contact Panamor within 24 hours of delivery along with a proper unboxing video as proof.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

8. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Panamor website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Panamor. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse of any content is strictly prohibited.
