At Panamor, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of perfume and fragrance products, we follow a strict but fair Refund & Return Policy. Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Return on Opened or Used Products

Perfumes are personal hygiene products, therefore:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products are NOT eligible for return or refund.

  • Once the seal is broken, the product cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement

A return or replacement request will be accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or leaked product

  • You received a wrong product

  • Product is missing from the package


3. Unboxing Video Is Mandatory

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory

  • Video must show:

    • Sealed package

    • Shipping label

    • Product condition while opening

❗ Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.


4. Time Limit to Raise a Request

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Requests raised after 24 hours will not be considered


5. Return / Replacement Process

  1. Contact Panamor via WhatsApp or Email

  2. Share order details and unboxing video

  3. Our team will review the request

  4. If approved:

    • Replacement will be shipped OR

    • Refund will be initiated (as applicable)


6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after verification

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to:

    • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for cash refunds
(Replacement may be offered if approved)


7. COD Orders Policy

  • COD orders once shipped cannot be cancelled

  • If a COD order is refused or returned without valid reason:

    • Future COD orders may be restricted for the customer


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened perfumes

  • Used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Orders without unboxing video proof


9. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If return is approved due to Panamor’s mistake, return shipping cost will be borne by us


10. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipping

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
